Although completed in 2003, this complex has somehow remained relatively anonymous, but is sure to become more and more popular as it really is one of the best in the area. The setting for this complex is idyllic, located just a short walk from the pretty port of Cabopino, with its range of fine restaurants and variety of boats. The complex itself, is located just metres from the beach in a frontline location, with direct and secure access to the beach. The blocks have been designed so that each and every apartment has a totally unrestricted south facing view to the sea, even from the ground floor apartments, and many also benefit from views along the coast to Cabopino port.

Even though many of the visitors to Los Granados are attracted by the location, they are always pleasantly surprised by the facilities which are provided solely for their use. There are two large outdoor swimming pools, both with childrens pool, situated at the bottom of the lush garden, providing yet another beautiful sea view, an indoor heated swimming pool for when the outdoor temperature is a little cooler, a fully equipped gym, 2 saunas, padel courts, tennis courts and a summer house with large terrace for the warm evenings and open fire for the winter evenings. Changing facilities and showers are available and are well cleaned and maintained. Security is a very important factor and Los Granados has a high perimeter fence with various access points for its residents and the main entrance is manned by security guards 24 hours a day.

All of the apartments within the complex have either 2 or 3 bedrooms. There is always a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, and there is a seperate utility area adjoining the kitchen for a washing machine (and sometimes dryer).

The spacious lounge areas are bright, and lead directly on to the terraces. There are air conditioning units in the lounge and all bedrooms, which work as cooling units in the summer, and heaters in the winter months.

The main bedrooms are all doubles, and have a private ensuite bathroom. They also have doors leading directly on to the terrace. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds, and there is also a 2nd bathroom (with shower).
